This is not a rating for work performed. It is a rating based on the lack of follow through to my request for an estimate for siding work. The company was very responsive to my initial estimate request completed through their website. However, I never received an estimate or any follow-up from the company. After we were unable to connect within the first few days, I followed up twice, once by phone and a second time through the website. I was told my request had been assigned to someone, but I never heard another word from anyone. It was a disappointing experience.

Terrible job! Roof leaked within 6 months and has not responded to us since last year to come fix or even see it. I am contacting Better Business Bureau and State Attorney's Office.

Fantastic results by a stand up roofing company. Rob Politz met with us, he's a straight shooter. His team of installers was professional and efficient. Busted their buts for 12 hours in the hot sun and never complained. Busted out 3500 sf of roofing in 2 days in cambridge md. Excellent quality at a very fair price. They had a bit of a back log of work at the time, but they kept me informed and got the work done all in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly too! Highly recommend Politz Enterprises.

I had a tree fall on my house and needed part of the roof, a wall and the siding replaced. I called Politz and spoke to someone in the office who promised I would get a return call. It has now been close to two weeks and I have not had a return call or email. On a scale of 1 to 10, returning a call as compared to repairing a home ought to be a 1. If they can't do that then I don't feel then can do a much more complicated job.
